(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the final result dated 01.01.2019, wrongly mentioned as 01.01.2018, Annexure P-4, declared by Haryana Staff Selection Commission for the post of PGT Sanskrit, category no.16, advertised vide advertisement no.04/2015 dated 28.06.2015, Annexure P-1.

Learned State counsel submits that the matter has been rendered infructuous because the advertisement no.4 of 2015 was cancelled vide public notice dated 10.02.2021, and the cancellation, except for the selected candidates, has been upheld by the Division Bench in LPA No.1928 of 2019. The Division Bench has directed the respondents to issue fresh advertisement with respect to the remaining posts.
