Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the order has been passed in favour of the petitioner, however, further compliance is to be made by respondents No.1 to 7.

Be whatsoever at this stage, no ground to continue with this contempt petition is made out as the interim order merges into the final order.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
