(Oral) During the course of the submissions, in response to paragraph No.4 of the reply, counsel for the applicant gives an undertaking that the applicant shall appear as a witness in case bearing FIR No.224 of 2019 under Sections 498-A, 406, 506, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Azad Nagar, Hisar, on the next date of hearing before learned trial court i.e. 02.02.2026.

However, she further submits that on account of material omissions in the application, at this stage, she does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

Ordered accordingly.

However, the applicant shall remain bound by the statement made by her counsel, as recorded aforesaid.
