ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) Both these revision petitions are arising out of an order passed by the trial court under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, deciding application for temporary injunction. It is not disputed during the course of arguments that both the suits have been dismissed for non-prosecution. Civil Revision No.2232 of 2014 (O&M) -2appeal against the same is pending, however, in other suit which was filed by J.S.R. Land Developer Pvt. Ltd., no application for restoration has been filed.

In view of the admitted facts, both the revision petitions have become infructuous and the same are dismissed as infructuous. However, respective parties would be at liberty to move fresh applications under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure as and when the suits are restored.
