The plaintiff has filed the present revision petition against the order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kurukshetra allowing an application under order VII Rule 11 CPC, directing him to pay ad valorem Court fee.

Learned counsel for the defendant/respondents No.1 & 2 submits that the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous because the plaintiff has already withdrawn the suit in question. Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to confirm or deny this fact.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to make an application for revival, if the facts are otherwise. (Anil Kshetarpal) Judge March 13, 2020 "DK"
