Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the pensionary benefits have been released to the petitioner on 26.02.2021 under the interim orders of this Court dated 27.01.2021, but as per the reply filed by the respondents-State, during disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner, vide order dated 17.12.2021, the punishment has been imposed upon the petitioner impose cut in pension @ 10 % for a period of two years but the copy of the said order dated 17.12.2021 has not been supplied to the petitioner by the respondents so far, in order to get the interest on the delayed released of pensionary benefits, the petitioner intends to challenge the said punishment order dated 17.12.2021 and the respondents be directed to supply the copy of punishment order dated 17.12.2021 to the petitioner in a time bound manner .

Upon this, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the copy of punishment order dated 17.12.2021 will be supplied to the petitioner, even if, the said order has already been supplied to him. RIYA 2024.05.08 11:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the punishment order dated 17.12.2021 by availing appropriate remedy in accordance with law 4..
