Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in cross-case registered, vide DDR No.35 dated 20.08.2018 under Sections 307, 324, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short "IPC") at Police Station Jhabal, District Tarn Taran in case FIR No.104 dated 17.08.2018, registered under Sections 307, 323, 506, 148 and 149 of IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Jhabal, District Tarn Taran Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Charanjit Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer SAVITA KADIAN 2021.04.08 13:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh
