Prayer in instant writ petition is for quashing of impugned order dated 14.11.2019 (P.23) passed by respondent No.6, inter alia, on the ground that submissions made by the petitioner have not been taken note of. Taking into account the contents of the affidavit dated 05.03.2020 filed by Apoorva Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary, Town & Country Planning, Haryana-respondent No.6, order dated 14.11.2019 (P.23) is set aside. Respondent No.6 may pass fresh order after considering the facts and hearing the the petitioner.
