In a case where the petitioner has filed doctor's certificate and has also examined the doctor who has given evidence to the effect that the patient-claimant has suffered 15% disability, there is still a residual grievance for the claimant to contend that the assessment made by the doctor whom he examined was not appropriate and his own certificate will not be correct. He has, therefore, sought for constitution of a medical board to make a fresh assessment. The Court has declined it. I find nothing wrong about the order for allowing for a constitution of medical board of what is subjectively found by the petitioner as insufficient.

If the petitioner is of the view that some other doctor must be examined and some other certificate providing for higher percentage of disability which satisfies his whims must be produced, he shall be at liberty to secure such certificate and seek for permission of Court to PANKAJ KUMAR 2016.04.08 17:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

C.R. No.2512 of 2016 -2provide for additional evidence. The Court will consider such an application and then pass appropriate orders if a new certificate is filed. Neeless to state that if the certificate is permitted to be received, it would require to be spoken to by the person who has issued the certificate.
