The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.137 dated 08.09.2021, registered under Section 302 IPC at Police Station Nangal, District Rupnagar, Punjab.

Learned State counsel submits that only 5 official witnesses remain to be examined out of a total of 12 prosecution witnesses and all efforts shall be made to examine them on the next date of hearing i.e.19.07.2023. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage.
