(ORAL) Petition herein, under Article 227 of Constitution of India is for setting aside impugned order dated 19.01.2016passed by learned Rent Controller, Patiala whereby, application filed by respondents No.2 to 4for depositing rent in the Court, was disposed of with direction to respondent No.1 to deposit provisionally assessed rent amount of Rs.1,80,000/- in the Court.

On joint consent of learned counsels for the parties, it is ordered that during pendency of proceedings before learned Rent Controller, provisional rent as determined shall continue to be deposited in the Court, subject of-course the same being disbursed once rights of the parties qua shop in question are finally determined.
