Since, learned State counsel, on instructions from Kuldeep Singh Chahal, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana with Mr. Lovedeep Gill, SHO, P.S.Tibba, Ludhiana who are present in Court, states at Bar that after investigation, the Investigating Officer concerned has come to a conclusion, that the petitioner has prima facie not committed, an offence as alleged against him in the relevant FIR.

Learned State counsel further submits, that in view of the above, the Investigating Officer concerned is likely to file a closure report before the learned Trial Court, in respect of the purported incriminatory role of the said accused, in the present FIR.
