(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the present revision petition as the amendment caused in the CPC applicable to the States of Punjab and Haryana, in case, on death of a person, who, instituted the suit, LRs of that person are not brought on record, suit is not abated.
