Learned counsel for the respondent on instructions submits that the revised leave encashment shall be released in favour of the petitioner within 03 months from today.

In such circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the present petition, however, in case the respondent fails to abide by the undertaking, the salary of Executive Officer, Municipal Counsil, Ferozepur to the extent of 1/3rd shall remain attached till compliance is made. 3.

Dismissed as not pressed. Rule stands discharged. 4.

With respect to there being any delay in disbursal of the retiral benefits and interest thereupon, the petitioner may move representation before the respondents within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided within four weeks thereafter from the date of its receipt by way of passing a speaking order, which shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.
