The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for issuance of appropriate direction to respondent No.2 to conduct fair enquiry in FIR No.87 dated 24.04.2019, Annexure P-4, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 148, 149, 379-B IPC at Police Station Samrala, District Khanna. 2.

Notice of motion was issued on 20.01.2020.

None appeared on behalf of the petitioners on 11.10.2022 and it was noticed that process fee had not been filed and two weeks' time was granted for the said purpose.

As per office report notice could not be issued for want of process fee.

It appears that the petitioners have lost interest in pursuing the present case.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
