RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing of Notice, dated 24.11.2023, Annexure P-11, issued by respondent No.1, under Section 4(3) of Haryana Public Premises and Land (Eviction and Rent Recovery) Act, 1972 served upon the petitioner in view of the fact that the matter is already under the gaze of learned Additional Civil Judge (Sr.Division) Ferozepur Jhirka, District Nuh. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
