The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions for transfer the investigation of case FIR No.150 dated 21.03.2019 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 406, 420, 506, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Gohaha City, Sonepat along with all subsequent proceedings including complaint case, to respondent No.11/CBI or to any other senior IPS officer of U.T Chandigarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition at this stage as compromise has been effected between the parties in the connected petition.
