(Oral) After arguing for some time, when this Court was dismissing the revision petition with costs of `10,000/- as objection seeking execution of the decree was most frivolous and atrocious, for, the judgment and decree is purportedly under challenge before this Court and remedy lies elsewhere, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court for withdrawal of the present revision petition.
