The petitioner is aggrieved that the prayer for additional evidence by production of jamabandi has not been granted. For sheer indiscretion in not producing additional evidence at the initial time and for the delay, the petitioner shall pay `5,000/- as costs to the respondents and if the amount is paid within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the order already passed will stand set aside and the petitioner will have the benefit of offering additional evidence. The respondent is at liberty to offer any rebuttal evidence for the additional evidence which is given by the petitioner. If the amount is not paid as directed above, the order passed already shall stand.

Notice to the respondent is dispensed with and the revision petition is allowed on the above terms.
