 ***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents states that per her instructions, petitioner-tenant has vacated the rent premises. In view of the aforesaid statement, proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous and are disposed of accordingly. However, since learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to confirm aforesaid statement, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive proceedings, if so warranted at later stage.
