JASGURPREET SINGH PURI , J. (ORAL ) Learned counsel for the petitioner has, inter alia, submits that at the instance of respondent No.5, the police is repeatedly calling him not at one Police Station but at different Police Stations in State of Haryana. He further states that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 27.12.2019 (Annexure P3), to the Superintendent of Police, Ambala, but no action has been taken in this regard.
