There is no justification for the petitioner to arrive before this Court to say that he may be given one more opportunity to let in evidence. The petitioner will have appropriate remedy before the trial Court and resort to a procedure as laid down by this Court in Santosh Kumar Berry Vs. Nirmala Devi and others 2013(1) PLR 404. 2.

The civil revision petition is disposed of with the above observations.
