This petition, under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed seeking cancellation of regular bail granted to respondent No. 2, vide impugned order dated 10th December, 2020, passed by the Special Judge, Rohtak, in case FIR No. 10, dated 19th November, 2020, under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, registered at Police Station State Vigilance Bureau, Rohtak. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. 4.
