Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed for issuance of directions to the respondents to submit the final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C after completing the investigation including arrest of the accused in FIR No.0322 dated 17.12.2022, under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Commissionerate Ludhiana, District Ludhiana. 2.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioners, wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
