***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Petitioners seek a direction to the respondents for restoring their land so that it is cultivable as it was before the mining lease was granted. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he has also served a legal notice, Annexure P-13 to the concerned authority in this regard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from R.K. Sharma, Mining Engineer, who is present in court, submits that the aforesaid legal notice shall be considered and decided within two months. Petitioners shall be intimated accordingly. In terms of the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied.
