(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner - Rahis in case FIR No.242 dated 19.12.2016 registered under Sections 148, 149, 186, 307, 323, 332, 353 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms at Police Station Bahin, District Palwal.

Heard.

There is no ground to entertain this petition. However, petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court and seek appropriate remedy. Thereafter, if any bail application is moved by the petitioner, same shall be decided expeditiously, preferably within seven days on merits in accordance with law.
