Learned counsel for the applicant/respondent submits that the petitioners-tenants have purchased the property in question on 27.06.2019 from the respondent-landlord. Therefore, he seeks to withdraw the application for mesne profits.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that this petition has been rendered infructuous since the petitioners-tenants have purchased the property in question from the respondent-landlord.
