**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.259 dated 19.07.2020 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 342, 365, 506 IPC (Section 367 IPC added subsequently) at Police Station Sadar Fatehabad, District Fatehabad.

Notice of motion was issued on 08.02.2021 and arrest of the petitioners was also stayed.

FIR No.231 dated 02.07.2020 was registered against the complainant party for the offences under Sections 148, 149, 302, 328, 380 IPC at Police Station Sadar Fatehabad, District MOHMED ATIK 2021.10.05 18:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-2883-2021 Fatehabad at the instance of the petitioner-Tara Chand. According to learned counsel for the petitioners lodging of second FIR is the result of counter-blast. The complainant has also entered into a compromise with the petitioners in the present FIR on 06.01.2021.

Vide order dated 08.04.2021, petitioners were directed to join the investigation. Thereafter vide order dated 13.07.2021, petitioners were again directed to appear before the Investigating Officer for joining investigation. Today, learned State counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer and their presence is no more required for further investigation of the case.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, the interim orders dated 08.04.2021 and 13.07.2021 are made absolute. However, the petitioners shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and they shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Petition stands disposed of.
