RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to official respondents to take legal action against private respondents who have made dump of scrap and conducting commercial activities in the residential area and are parking commercial vehicles in the public street for doing loading and unloading of scrap. It is also prayed to issue direction to official respondents to decide the representations, dated 08.08.2023, Annexures P-2 and P-3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied if his representations, dated 08.08.2023, Annexures P-2 and P-3, are considered and decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On asking of the Court, Ms.Akshita Chauhan, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State whereas Mr.Vikram Preet Aneja, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.5-MC and submits that if any representation is filed, the same MEENU 2024.02.02 12:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.5, i.e. Municipal Corporation, Moga, to look into the representation, if any filed by the petitioner before him within seven days from today, and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within four weeks from its receipt.
