*** NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) Petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.PC seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.229 dated 06.06.2022 under Sections 419/420/467/468/471 of IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Faridabad Central, District Faridabad (Annexure P-2).

Vide order dated 19.01.2023 while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 19.01.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. The learned State counsel, on instructions from PSI Deepak has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his further investigation in the present case is not required. In view of the above, interim order dated 19.01.2023 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

The present petition stands disposed off.
