(Oral) The petitioners have preferred this petition for seeking the relief of the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the pension as well as other retiral benefits, i.e. GPF, Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity etc. to them alongwith interest thereon @ 12% per annum and they have made a further prayer for directing the respondents to count the entire period of the service tenure of deceased Roop Chand for the purpose of calculating the amount of Gratuity. Notice of motion.
Mr. S.S. Pannu, DAG, Haryana, has joined the proceedings in pursuance of the copy of this petition having been sent to respondents-State in advance and at the asking of the Court, he accepts notices on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2. He also undertakes to inform respondent No.3 qua the present matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already moved a representation (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.2 for seeking the redressal of their grievance as put-forth in this petition and the petitioners would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to look into and to decide the said representation in a time bound manner. Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Keeping in view the afore-discussed limited prayer and without commenting upon the merits of the case in hand, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the said representation (Annexure P-4) and to decide the same within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. It is further directed that in case, respondent No.
2 does the needful by sending the relevant documents to the office of respondent No.3, the matter shall be finalized by respondent No.3 within a period of one month thereafter.
