There is a plea for adjournment on behalf of the respondents. The estate officer is present in court. I do not think the case must be detained on such a plea, for it was accepted even at the previous hearing that the municipal council makes no claim with reference to any property which has been identified by the local commissioner. The local commissioner's report is accepted by the petitioner as representing the correct state of affairs. Therefore, the order passed already stands set aside and the petitioner may exercise such right over the property in the manner identified in the local commissioner's report as it is possible. The municipal council will cause no obstruction to the plaintiff's enjoyment consistent with the undertaking before this Court on 29.01.2016. 2.

The revision petition is disposed of.
