Petitioner has posed a challenge to order dated 16.03.2016 passed by Civil Judge (Jr. Division) Ludhiana. It appears that respondentsplaintiffs filed an injunction suit to restrain the petitioner-defendants from interfering in possession of the property as described in the plaint. Defence of petitioner was struck off vide order dated 16.03.2016 as he failed to file written statement or pay costs. Thereafter he was proceeded ex-parte. Even the present order has been challenged after a lapse of more than one year. Under the circumstances, there is no ground to interfere in revisional jurisdiction. Same is hereby dismissed.
