-.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) The present revision petition is directed against the judgment and decree dated 19.05.2014 whereby the appeal preferred against the judgment and decree dated 19.07.2013 passed in petition under Section 18 and 20 of the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1955 wherein a sum of `3000/- per month was ordered to be recovered as maintenance, has been dismissed. The order under challenge is appealable and not revisable. Faced with this situation, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court for withdrawal of the revision petition to enable him to file appropriate appeal in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly. The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
