The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 14.02.2018 (Annexure P-11) passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Samrala whereby an application for amendment of the plaint was dismissed. 2.
As per the E-Courts Official Website of the District Courts, Samrala, during the interregnum, the main civil suit being Civil Suit No.641 of 2013 itself stands dismissed as withdrawn due to compromise between the parties and hence the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
