The necessary declaration under Section 12(5) of the Act, as sought from Justice Rajive Bhalla, a former Judge of this Court, has been received vide letter dated 09.12.2023 and is placed on record. The parties conjointly agree and submit that in view of the previous order dated 24.11.2023 passed by this Court, Justice Rajive Bhalla, may be appointed as an arbitrator.

In the circumstances, Justice Rajive Bhalla, a former Judge of this Court, is appointed as an arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties.
