ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) On 06.03.2020, the following order as passed : "After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he would not press the present petition in case he is given some time to vacate the suit premises.

Notice of motion only to that extent for 17.03.2020. Process dasti only."

A period of two years has since elapsed. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 has stated that not a penny has been paid towards rent during the last two years. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not deny the fact that the rent has not been paid.

In view of the above, no further time can be granted to the petitioners to vacate the premises.
