Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 & 2 for protecting the life and liberty of petitioner's father and his family members from the hands of respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that by now petitioner has not approached the higher police authority in this regard and no representation has been made so far.

In view of above, present petition stands dismissed. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court if his representation made to the higher police authority is not considered within a reasonable time. (Shekher Dhawan) Judge January 17, 2019 "DK"
