This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur to take necessary action on the representation dated 7.1.2021. In the representation, the subject was protecting the life and liberty from the hands of CIA staff Ferozepur and S.H.O., Police Station Lakho Ke Behram, District Ferozepur. The allegations are that the petitioners are being harassed by calling them repeatedly to police station.

Learned counsel for the State appearing on advance notice on instructions from ASI-Angrej Singh, CIA Staff, Ferozepur submits that the petitioners have neither been called in the police station nor any police official of CIA official had visited their place.
