Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners could not comply with the order dated 29.06.2015 and, therefore, have handed over vacant possession to the respondent-landlord on 10.07.2015. The respondent-landlord, who is present in person, states that he has not been paid any amount which he was entitled to receive after the eviction order has been passed.
If that be so, the respondent-landlord may avail of the remedy in accordance with law.
Petition stands disposed of in the light of the statement of the counsel for the petitioners.
In the light of the disposal of the petition, all the pending applications, stand disposed of.
