(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. He, however, prays that the concerned Court may be directed to decide the regular bail of the petitioner expeditiously.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In case the petitioner surrenders before the Illaqa Magistrate within ten days from today and files an application for regular bail, the same shall be considered expeditiously in accordance with law.
