**** ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted some time to vacate the premises. Learned counsel for the respondents on instructions from Mr. Arpit Pal Singh, son of the respondent, states that he would be agreeable to six months i.e. upto 31.07.2020. Petitioner No.1-Sunil Kumar, who is present in person, states that he would hand over the vacant possession of the premises on or before 31.07.2020. He has handed over a cheque amounting to `54,000/- in Court today, to Mr. Arpit Pal Singh (son of the respondent), who is also present in Court. The petitioner also undertakes to continue paying the rent upto 31.07.2020 on the 7th of every month.

The petitioners shall hand over the vacant possession of the

Petitioner No.1, who is present in Court, understands that eviction was ordered on the basis that the building was unfit and unsafe and he undertakes to indemnify the landlords and not to initiate any proceeding against them, in case, the roof of the building in his possession collapses and he incurs any loss.

In view of the above, the present revision petition stands disposed off, accordingly.
