Vide impugned order dated 4.3.2015, an application under Section 24 CPC, filed by petitioner for transfer of a case from one Court to another on the basis of apprehension from the behaviour and attitude of the Presiding Officer, stands dismissed. I have gone through the impugned order. The apprehension existing in the mind of the petitioner appears to be misconceived.

In view of absence of any specific and authenticated allegations, I do not find any ground to interfere in the order.

The petition is dismissed, at this stage.
