RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.197, dated 08.05.2021, under Sections 379-B, 364, 307, 506 IPC and Sections 2554-59 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Nuh, District Nuh. This petition came up for hearing for the first time on 17.01.2023 on which date a request was made for adjournment and the case was adjourned to 18.01.2023. On 18.01.2023, again request was made for adjournment and the case was adjourned to 20.01.2023. When the case came up for hearing on 20.01.2023, counsel again made a similar request for adjournment on the ground of ill-health of wife of the arguing counsel and hence the case was adjourned for today, i.e. 25.04.2023. Today again, despite repeated calls, no one is present on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that petitioner is not interested in pursuing this petition. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
