(ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that instead of hearing the application (CM-49-CII-2023), the main case may be taken up. In view of the above and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the main case is taken on Board today itself. CR-2475-2014 Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner Kuldeep Singh, states that he does not wish to press the present petition on merits and that the petitioner would hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondent on or before 07.03.2023 and that he would also clear all arrears of rent upto the date. Learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that he has no objection.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
