The counsel for the petitioner states that she will be satisfied if the petitioner is allowed to participate in the proceedings along with the other defendant who has already entered a contest. The order already passed is set aside, dispensing with notice having regard to the limited contention raised and the petitioner will have the benefit of participation in the proceedings with the defendant who was contesting the suit.
