Claim of the petitioners is for counting previous service rendered by them against aided posts prior to their joining Govt. service for the purpose of qualifying service for grant of retiral benefits. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners shall be satisfied if appropriate decision is taken on their representation, Annexure P-4. Notice of motion.

Ms. Anu Chatrath, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who has accepted notice on the asking of court, submits that appropriate decision shall be taken by the authority within two months from today.

In view of statement made by State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
