* * * * A perusal of the order dated 14.12.2023, which is sought to be reviewed by way of present application by the applicants-petitioners, would go on to show that it was passed in open Court. In such circumstances, we are of the considered view that an attempt has been made to reargue the matter which is not within the domain of the review jurisdiction. Resultantly, no case for review of the said order is made out and the application is accordingly dismissed.
