C.R. No.2772 of 2015 (O&M) -2was service of summon in a particular place making reference to an alleged wrong act of the plaintiff and the plaintiff feels aggrieved and the Court was relying upon a judgment of a High Court to state that cause of action arises also in the place where the summon was served, I would take no argument that Section 19 does not permit so. The counsel has no preparation made to show as to how the judgment relied upon by the Court below was wrong.

The revision petition is dismissed.
