(Oral) CM-5410-CII-2022 This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for vacation of stay granted vide order dated 22.04.2016 passed in the main revision petition.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter has since been compromised and hence the main revision petition has been rendered infructuous.

CM is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties the main revision petition (CR-2762-2016), which is pending for 01.09.2022, is taken on board today itself.
